The Parade of Homes, put on by the Wichita Area Builders Association, concluded on Sunday, May 3rd and the results from our agents were generally good. Even though there were record amounts of rain during that time, there was moderate traffic with buyers looking to capitalize on historically low interest rates. At the new model homes at Sand Creek Station, there was a good number of buyers and positive feedback about the features in the new models. Check out the new model homes, open every afternoon!

The Wichita Area Builders Association Spring Parade of Homes kicks off on Saturday, April 18.

238 New Homes all across the Wichita Metro area including 3 new models at Sand Creek Station in Newton, site of the Nationally acclaimed Sand Creek Station Golf Course, will be open. Come see these new homes every day, Tuesday through Sunday – Noon to 5:00pm.

Over 100 Coldwell Banker agents were celebrating this income tax day by having a sales rally with area Coldwell Banker Brokers and Agents at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Wichita with National Coldwell Banker trainer Matthew Ferrara.
His subject was social networking and marketing and how we have evolved through technology to understand the importance of Facebook, LinkedIn and other sites to gain a better understand our clients and customers.
A corporate overview of Coldwell Banker the #1 real estate company in America and the strength and power of our parent company Realogy was presented by Steve Bright, head of the Western Region for Coldwell Banker. A preview of televised advertising for 2009 was also shown. In addition, Lance Churchill, Coldwell Banker trainer and real estate attorney presented a seminar on the REO business and short sales.
